When you book a coaching session with me, I will help you in three areas:

NUTRITION

Together we'll learn which diet works best for YOU to create a lifestyle that fits YOUR needs, YOUR health and YOUR goals. My goal is to give you a fun and exciting experience while co-developing this personal plan. You'll learn how to use the IIN plate which incorporates primary food (career, relationships, spirituality, and physical activity) with secondary food (food you eat), crowd out unhealthy foods and drinks in your current diet, and deconstruct cravings by understanding what these cravings are telling you. Have you tried numerous diets to find out they aren't working for you, but might be for someone else? Bio-INNdividuality shows us how one diet isn't for everyone, and how one person's food can be another person's poison.

EXERCISE
Eat clean, exercise dirty!

Learn how to use exercise for mental health as well as overall health & well being! Studies show that people who exercise are happier, and often within 5 minutes of starting. You'll also learn the importance of breathing, muscle building, and stretching. Exercise should be looked at as a gift you give yourself, I'm excited to share my favorite tips!

LIFE MANAGEMENT
Time management, organization, and mindful living.

Learning these skills will help you become the healthiest version of YOU! Together we'll create a mindful plan for not only eating and exercise, but for every aspect of your life. Together we'll put a morning checklist together of mindful practices, and use planning techniques to keep you on track for success. Organized people are often considered less stressed, achieve more balance in life, and therefore... healthier!
