One of my favorites is the NutritionFacts Podcast with Dr. Michael Greger. He’s a little different to listen to as far as his voice, but I think that’s how he keeps people interested. As you know, just about anything we read or hear about health can be debunked the more we research (so annoying), but Dr. Greger just shares the facts, which I love. His recent post, The Obesity Epidemic - Part 1 is so good! I love just about all of them though, some are long and some are short!
